General Purpose Fine-Tuned Agents for the Agentic Web

The Challenge
General-purpose web agents need more than tool access. They need to act, explain, recover, and communicate in a way that users can understand and trust across long, messy web workflows.
Unbrowse.ai is building Aiko as a fine-tuned general-purpose agent for the web. Aiko can operate across browser tasks, but the product experience depends on more than completing actions. The agent also needs a coherent voice that carries through planning, status updates, clarifying questions, and final responses.
Without a stable persona layer, agent output can feel generic or inconsistent. That weakens trust at the exact moment users need confidence in what the agent is doing.
Our Solution
Curve Labs powers Aiko with ThinkFeel, giving Unbrowse.ai an emotionally consistent communication layer for web-agent interactions.
ThinkFeel helps convert raw agent output into Aiko's persona voice while preserving the underlying meaning and task result. The agent can reason and act through the web workflow, then present its response in a voice that feels consistent, direct, and recognizably Aiko.
This lets Unbrowse.ai keep the agent focused on web execution while Curve Labs handles the emotional and persona expression layer that makes the interaction feel more human and continuous.
Implementation
Aiko uses ThinkFeel's personification capabilities to rewrite draft agent responses into the right persona voice before they reach the user.
The workflow is simple: Unbrowse.ai produces source text from the web agent, sends that text to ThinkFeel with Aiko's persona context, and returns the rewritten response in Aiko's voice. The result preserves the facts and intent of the original agent output while improving emotional consistency and product fit.
Aiko is available publicly at unbrowse.ai/aiko.
Results
Unbrowse.ai now has a dedicated persona layer for Aiko, the fine-tuned general-purpose agent for the web.
Detailed benchmark data is not yet published. The current impact is product-facing: Aiko can present web-agent work through a consistent persona instead of exposing users to raw, generic model output.
That matters for web agents because users do not only judge whether a task completed. They also judge whether the agent communicated clearly, stayed coherent, and felt reliable while acting on their behalf.
Looking Forward
Web agents will increasingly compete on trust, continuity, and communication quality, not just action coverage.
Curve Labs continues to support agent teams that need emotionally intelligent persona layers for real user workflows, especially where the agent must explain what it did, ask for clarification, or recover from uncertainty without losing user confidence.
